REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
168me – Handmade with care

At 168me, each item is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. As our products are handcrafted, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece.


 1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we may offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

- The item is unused
- The item is in original condition
- The item is returned at the customer’s expense

Please contact us before sending any return.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product has a major fault.

A major fault includes:

- The item is significantly different from the description
- The item is unsafe
- The item is not fit for its intended purpose
- The item has a manufacturing defect

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Include your order number

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where required.

 3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain hair accessories may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

 4. Shipping Costs

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
